Sign up for an account, add your website, competitors and prompts during onboarding and Lima will start tracking how you appear across leading AI platforms with your selected (or suggested) prompts. From there, you can add/remove prompts, compare competitors, and review insights from your dashboard.

AI search is becoming a new discovery channel for brands. Tracking your analytics helps you understand where you appear, how competitors compare, and which changes may improve your visibility and traffic over time.

Navigate to the 'Mentions' page in your dashboard. You'll be able to get an overview or filter by specific brands that you're tracking. You'll be able to see all prompts where your filtered brand is mentioned, any links that are cited for those brands and a quick overview of total brand mentions.

Yes, all plans (except 7-day free trial) are able to invite team members to their workspace. Subscription plans are unique to each workspace, so your subscription allowances (i.e. prompt limit, team limit) are unique to that workspace.

URL citations are the links AI platforms reference when generating responses. Tracking them helps you see which pages are being cited, which sources AI systems are using, and where there may be opportunities to strengthen your presence.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription by either clicking the workspace dropdown in the bottom left (nav) OR clicking Workspace Settings in the side nav, then navigate to 'Subscription' and cancel your plan directly via Stripe.

Yes, you can delete your account by clicking the user profile box in the bottom left (nav), then click 'Delete account' in the bottom right of the account modal. Confirm deletion and your account and all data will be permanently deleted (no recovery possible).

Note: if your workspace has more than 1 team member, the workspace will not be deleted. We only delete the workspace if no members belong to the workspace. To delete a workspace, first remove all users except yourself.
