How does Lima work?
After signing up, you'll be able to go through a simple 3 step on-boarding to get to grips with Lima. It's very simple, you can remix an existing template, tell our AI what you want to change, upload any assets you'd like to reference or add to the design and wait for the output. We've also released the early stages of our 'brand kit' functionality so that you can get consistent branded outputs just by selecting a pre-created brand kit.
How many templates does Lima have?
We're currently at 900+ and counting!
Where do you source the templates?
We use various online sources to create our template library. Each template is handpicked, upscaled and output at the correct aspect ratio. We hope that our users will see templates as a layout and idea guide to which they can apply their own copy, assets and brand.
Can I invite my team members?
Not yet, but we're currently working on an update to allow you to invite team members to your workspace. Workspaces are already implemented, we expect team functionality to go live in the second half of February.
How do I sign up?

How many templates are added weekly?
We'll aim to add 40-100 templates every week. We curate each one to ensure they're high quality, so we prioritise quality over quantity (who wants a library of 10,000 low quality ads?).
What image model does Lima use?
We're using leading image gen models. We expect the model to change over time, but at the moment we're using Nano Banana Pro (again, we prefer quality over a cheap buck).

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription by clicking the user profile box in the bottom left (nav), then navigate to 'Subscription' and cancel your plan directly via Stripe. It's super easy but we hope we offer enough value that you won't have to cancel.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account by clicking the user profile box in the bottom left (nav), then click 'Delete account' in the bottom right of the account modal. Confirm deletion and your account and all data will be permanently deleted (no recovery possible).
Note: if your workspace has more than 1 team member, the workspace will not be deleted. We only delete the workspace if no members belong to the workspace.

Is there a free plan?
Lima offers both free and paid plans. The free plan allows you to test Lima with 5 free image generations (high quality AI generations are costly so we've capped this at 5 for now but will review when costs come down).
